To find your Order ID, log into your Amazon account. Toward the top right corner of Amazon’s page, move your mouse over to Accounts & Lists, then in the dropdown list select Your Orders. To see older orders, change the displayed time frame to 2015 or 2016, depending on when your order was placed. Your order records are kept for many years so you will be able to find your EnergyFlux order and associated order ID here.
When entering the Order ID, make sure to copy and paste the exact string of numbers and dashes. For example, 111-2222222-3333333.
Please note that after you register, you may need to wait up to 3 or 4 weeks for the parcel to arrive. When we send out the return kit, the Status of your order will be updated to Return kit(s) shipped and you will see an ePacket tracking number on the order page. Track your return kit with ePacket tracking number on https://www.aftership.com/couriers/china-ems.
You should receive an email entitled EnergyFlux hand warmer Return Kit Shipping Label a few days after you register for recall. If you have not received it, please check your Spam folder first. If it is not there, then do contact us so we can resend it to you.
